
The returns that we at GLOBAL TREND STORE will accept will be those produced for justified and demonstrated causes. Therefore, if upon receipt of the product you verify that the packaging or box in which the item arrives shows clear signs of damage and/or mistreatment, being in such poor condition that it could have affected the product inside, proceed to not accept said delivery to the carrier and notify us as soon as possible, in which case we will proceed to send a new order or, if desired, return payment for it.
In those cases that, after having unpacked the product, it shows obvious signs of breakage, severe damage or malfunction, please notify us within 48 hours, to our email, providing documentary evidence (photos and/or videos) and explaining what the problem is about to immediately process it to our manufacturer and proceed to withdraw the damaged product and send you a new one, in good condition, with the same characteristics in the shortest possible time after processing the incident and receiving the approval of the manufacturer, whose period will not exceed 5 calendar days.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases, Gift Cards, Downloadable software products, Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase and, as we have already mentioned, a photo or video proving the condition upon receipt or the condition of the item within 15 days of receipt.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be subject to return. Nor any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you do not want a refund of the amount, but instead want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contact@globaltrendstore.online and we will provide you with the address where you should send the defective item.
To return the product, contact us at contact@globaltrendstore.online, writing - Return - in the subject. We will provide you with the detailed information necessary to make the return. Shipping costs will be assumed by GLOBAL TREND STORE.
