    • When will my order be shipped?


    Our products are processed within 24 hours from when the order is placed and then shipped.

    • Will I receive an email with my order details?


    Yeah! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details and confirmation.

    • Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel the order within 24 hours of making the purchase since that is the processing time and within which we will be able to FULLY refund the amount paid. From that moment on, the order can no longer be canceled and you will receive it at your address.

    It is VERY IMPORTANT that the cancellation is made as soon as possible, because the processing and shipping times in Spain are very fast and once the order is placed there is no going back and it cannot be returned except for very justified reasons. poor condition or defective items (always justified) upon receipt.

    • What is the exchange/return policy?

    If you have any problem with our products upon receipt, let us know as soon as possible by email: contact@globaltrendstore.online , telling us in as much detail as possible what happened, and accompanying it with photos and, if possible, a video proving what happened, since that could have perfectly been damaged during transport and after receipt and study, we will gladly refund you in full or send you a product equal to the one requested as long as after verifying the fact, the return or exchange is accepted.


    Step 1: Email us your order # and name.

    -Detail what happened, attaching images or video proving the reason why you want to return it.

    - Receipt or proof of payment.

    Step 2: Our team will contact you via email in which we will inform you whether, based on the evidence provided, you are eligible for a return or not. If so, we will provide you with the address where you can return your item (shipping costs on behalf of Global Trend Store).

    Step 3: Once we receive it, upon inspection, if everything is okay, we will refund the full amount of your item. Once we issue the refund, you will receive an email confirming the deposit to your account :)

    • Are there any additional charges I need to pay?

    Handling/processing fees are never charged.

    Make sure the billing address you entered matches your credit card address and/or that the card number and CVC have been entered correctly.
    If, once you have verified that the data entered is correct, it could well be a temporary inconvenience due to problems on the Internet, so you could try the purchase again in a few minutes or, due to some circumstance beyond our control and that had as origin your banking entity.
